Hi All! It has been a while since I made a blog post, but overripe bananas and no way to eat them all is the best reason to post one! I wanted to share my banana bread recipe...with a twist! Psst.. the twist is Peanut Butter!
Peanut Butter + Chocolate + Banana Bread... Elvis is rolling over in his grave. (RIP). This is a quick, minimal ingredient recipe that you can whip up on a week night or for breakfast on the weekend!

1 cup sugar
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 eggs (slightly beaten)
1/2 cup chocolate chips
3 tbsp milk (I used coconut milk)
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
3 bananas overripe and mashed
Preheat oven to 350F and grease a 9 x 13 pyrex or 2 loaf pansPlace all ingredients except peanut butter and chocolate chips in a bowl and mix until combined.Add peanut butter and mix until combinedFold in chocolate chips Pour into greased pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
